Long-standing LCP employee Lynne Hesp has been appointed retail property administrator.

Joining LCP in 2002 as a typist/secretary to the Wulfrun Centre manager, her role evolved over the past 13 years as she took on a portfolio of tasks such as managing the centre’s mall areas, creating and editing its floorplans, and covering for the centre manager in his absence.

Now Lynne, who lives in Wolverhampton her husband Steve and the youngest of her three children, is moving to our headquarters, LCP House, in Pensnett, where she will be under the management of retail portfolio manager Jo Salmon and the asset managers within that team, providing essential administration support.

“I’ve enjoyed my time at the Wulfrun Centre as I’ve taken on a variety of roles over the years, and the skills I’ve learned will stand me in good stead in this new position,” said Lynne, who active member of St Mary’s Church in Bushbury.

Welcoming Lynne to the team, Jo Salmon said: “As we continue to focus on growing our retail property portfolio, it’s important for the smooth-running of the business that we have first-class administrative support from someone who understands the business. Lynne comes highly recommended from our Wulfrun Centre team and we are delighted that she is now working with the retail team.”
