London & Cambridge Properties (LCP) has appointed two new asset managers at its Westminster office.

Patrick Durcan has been appointed to develop and manage a mixed portfolio of industrial, retail and office properties across the South of England.

A former senior principal surveyor with 10 years’ experience in the City of London, 37-year-old Patrick, who lives in Hackney with his wife and two children, says he was keen to join LCP because of the ability to add value through deal-making.

“It’s a great time to join LCP, which is an ambitious company that has many innovative ideas for growth,” he said. “I’m very pleased to have the chance to continue my career at such an established and well-respected name in the commercial property sector.”

Joining Patrick is Ed Tuckett, a 28-year-old chartered surveyor who worked in the investment property management department at Colliers International after graduating from the University of the West of England with a degree in Business in Property.

A specialist in management and asset management of office and industrial properties, Ed said joining LCP would enable him to build on his career.

“London & Cambridge Properties has embarked on an expansion of its portfolio, purchasing an array of interesting assets with exciting asset management and development opportunities, so it was a fantastic opportunity for me to bring something new to the LCP team and to build on the wealth of experience I have gained,” he said.

“At LCP you are given incredible responsibility and control over the portfolio you manage, which makes the work even more dynamic and rewarding.”

Welcoming them to LCP, managing director Nick Burgess said: “This is an exciting time for LCP as we look to grow our portfolio. Patrick and Ed bring impressive skills and solid experience that will complement our excellent asset management team.”
