NEW MANAGER APPOINTED AT RIVERSIDE SHOPPING CENTRE

New manager appointed at Riverside Shopping Centre

A manager with a nationwide jewellery retailer has been appointed to take over the running of Riverside Shopping Centre, in Erith, Kent.

Ryan Casey, who was born and bred in the town, takes on the role after 17 years with H Samuel, most recently as store manager at Surrey Quays, south east London.

He said: “I have lived in Erith for most of my life and it is a privilege and honour to be centre manager at a place I grew up in and shopped. I’m looking forward to the challenges of being in charge of Riverside Shopping Centre, meeting all the retailers and focusing on how we can enhance it further for our customers.”

Welcoming Ryan to Riverside, Julian Diamond, retail director at LCP, said: “Ryan has huge amounts of senior retail experience and has some interesting ideas for the future, which we will consider carefully as part of our active asset management policy.”

Riverside Shopping Centre comprises more than 165,000 sq ft of retail space and has more than 35 stores, anchored by Wilkinson’s, Matalan and Iceland Foods. It also has 147 car parking spaces.
