One of Birmingham’s best-known leisure venues, The Arcadian, is fully let for the first time in a number of years, after it a restaurant operator signed up for the only available unit.

Rozu Restaurant, a pan-Asian /Western fusion restaurant, is already undertaking extensive refurbishment works pat the 2746 sq ft first-floor unit, situated next to Teppanyaki , and hopes to open next month (September 2019). 

It has agreed a 10-year lease with national commercial property and investment company LCP, which owns and manages the city centre venue.

Rory May, of Rozu Restaurant, said the 80-cover restaurant will not only serve high-quality food, it will also have an upmarket cocktail lounge and be decorated lavishly with a pink and green  interior, plus flowered ceilings and flamingos. 

“I’m excited to bring this concept to The Arcadian, bringing even more colour and vibrancy to this popular leisure venue,” he added.

Once the restaurant is fully open, he expects to create 20 jobs.

Rozu completes what is a diverse offering here and we are confident that it complements perfectly the dining options already here.”
