Plans to create a multiple screen auditoria cinema at the Wulfrun Shopping Centre in Wolverhampton have moved a step closer after planning permission was granted.

Commercial property and investment company LCP, which owns and manages the shopping centre, says its thrilled to receive the go-ahead for the new cinema and is driving ahead with discussion with cinema operators to occupy the new leisure hub that will be an asset to the city of Wolverhampton and its some 9 million visitors each year.

The plans will see the layout of units 74-78 transform into a multiple screen auditoria, providing seating for of 150 visitors with an additional 1850 sq ft developed for restaurant/food/leisure. LCP will also enhance the external frontage to Cleveland Street.
