LCP WELCOMES NEW SCOTLAND PROPERTY MANAGER

LCP, the national commercial and property investment company, has expanded its team in Scotland, appointing a property management surveyor.

Marco Stifanelli joins the company from Graham + Sibbald, where he was a senior surveyor. He has several years’ experience in property management in both commercial and residential sectors and has worked with both private and public sector clients.

With a wealth of experience in service charge budgets, proactive property management, and lease consultancy, he joins the LCP the team in Glasgow, where he will help to manage the growing Scotland portfolio.
