EVOLVE ESTATES APPOINTS ASSET MANAGER

Evolve Estates, the national commercial and property investment company, has expanded its team, appointing a new asset manager as part of its ambitious growth programme.

Guy Robinson joins the company from JLL, where he was a senior surveyor in the Central London Offices management team managing a portfolio of offices on behalf of private investors and major funds.

He has a wealth of experience in the commercial property sector and joins as a specialist in leasing and operational management.  Guy also spent two years  working within the speciality coffee industry, leading the café teams for one of London’s pioneering coffee brands. 

At Evolve Estates, which is a highly acquisitive property company based in Mayfair, London, Guy will be the asset manager responsible for the value enhancement of the company’s retail-led assets throughout the UK, but with a focus on the south, southwest and north east of England.
