NEW APPOINTMENT

James Millard has joined the company as retail asset manager.

Previously a senior surveyor at JLL, he has almost eight years’ experience in the commercial property sector, having started as a graduate surveyor in 2008 after attaining a RICS-accredited postgraduate diploma in Real Estate Management from Birmingham City University.

Since then, he has attained a wide range of general practice experience in valuations, agency, property management, corporate real estate management, asset management, and corporate recovery.

James, who has recently become a father for the first time, will be responsible for the effective running of the properties within the Midlands and the north in order to ensure maximum value.

“LCP is a major property owner that is undertaking exciting work in the retail sector and I am pleased to join the team,” said James, who is member of the Royal Institution of Chartered surveyors (MRICS).

“The role will enable me to increase my involvement in developing the assets and providing excellent value for money.”
