We’re pleased to announce the opening of Brighton Hill pharmacy in the popular Brighton Hill Centre in Basingstoke – making the retail parade fully let.

The dispensing chemist Kesa Tech Limited has just signed a 15-year lease for unit 3, a 1286 sq ft shop at the parade, which is anchored by ASDA superstore. The pharmacy is already open and trading. The former Boots was split to create two units with the other unit being let to a Turkish restaurant and takeaway, which has signed up on a 20-year lease.

The centre is owned by Proudreed Real Estate Ltd, part of the LCP Group of companies, and managed by LCP. It has 14 retail businesses over 90,362 sq ft, including Pizza Hut, Dominos, Coral, Subway and Barnardo’s, and a 320-space customer car park.

Brighton Hill District Centre is located about two miles to the Southwest of Basingstoke town centre.

Although it is now fully let, contact George Kearney: GKearney@lcpproperties.co.uk to discuss any potential off-market opportunities
