MIDLAND FUTSAL ACADEMY KICKS OFF WITH NEW HOME AT PENSNETT

The Midland Futsal Academy (MFA), which runs football for toddlers sessions, has joined a winning team with LCP after signing a three-year lease for new premises in Pensnett.

It has moved to Unit 5, Newton House, on The Pensnett Estate, a 1459 sq ft unit, for its first permanent venue.

David Charlton, Asset Manager from LCP, said: "Our flagship trading estate has accommodation for a huge variety of tenants, from startups and small retailers through to large manufacturers, so we are pleased to welcome the MFA, which has recognised what a great location this is for its young players."

This latest letting follows Hills Electrical Contractors Limited, which moved Unit 1 Newton House earlier this year as it expanded its business, while Little Bam Bams Curiosity Village moved into Unit 6 at the beginning of the year. 

Other lettings are Brierley Hill Babybank, which moved to Unit 4 Darwin House and Steve Bromley & Sons Carpet & Flooring Limited, which has let Unit 6 Darwin House.

Two units have recently become available: Unit 8, which is 2,680 sq ft, and Unit 9, which is 3,053 sq ft. These can be altered to suit, can be combined or split further to make smaller spaces.
