MUIREND ROAD PARADE IN ABERDEENSHIRE BECOMES FULLY LET

A new independent beauty and tanning shop has become the newest tenant at Muirend Road, Portlethen, Aberdeenshire, taking the convenience parade to fully Let. The 1,449 SQ FT tanning shop has signed a 5-year lease with Investment and Property Management Company LCP and is yet to reveal the full range of their services.

Dermit Smith, Associate Director from LCP said : "We’re extremely pleased to have completed the final letting for this parade so early in the year. We hope that this new addition to the area thrives and we’re looking forward to revealing an opening date very soon".
