CWMBRAN CENTRE RECEIVES ROSPA PRESIDENT’S AWARD FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY ACHIEVEMENTS

The Cwmbran Centre, in Cwmbran, is celebrating after landing an internationally-recognised award for demonstrating high health and safety standards.

 It has received a RoSPA President’s Health and Safety Award – the 14^th consecutive gold it has achieved – for working hard to ensure its staff and customers get home safely to their families at the end of every working day.

 Organisations receiving a RoSPA President’s Award are recognised as being world-leaders in health and safety practice. Every year, nearly 2,000 entrants vie to achieve the highest possible accolade in what is the UK’s longest-running H&S industry awards.

 Adam Martin, of national commercial property and investment company LCP, which owns and manages the centre, said: “This is a fantastic achievement and demonstrates how seriously we take health and safety at the Cwmbran Centre. Our dedicated team work extremely hard and this 14^th consecutive President’s gold is testament to their expertise in this important area.”
