Major employers are being encouraged to relocate to a Staffordshire town after London & Cambridge Properties (LCP) unveiled an extensively refurbished large industrial unit.

The 63,597 sq ft warehouse premises at Burntwood Business Park would provide ideal accommodation for a distribution and logistics hub, with easy access to the M6, M6 Toll Road, and the M54.

Unit 5, in Zone Four of the business park, has 58,235 sq ft of warehouse space with ground floor offices and reception area extending to 2,882 sq ft and first floor offices and ancillary areas of 2,480 sq ft.
