LCP SIGNS UP CREATIVE AGENCY FOR SOLIHULL OFFICE

A Midlands creative agency has doubled its office space after taking a 15-year lease in a prime Solihull location.

Jask Creative has taken a 3,000sq ft office space at Shelly Farm, Monkspath, after agreeing terms with LCP which owns and manages the precinct.

LCP, which is part of M Core, one of the largest, privately held commercial property portfolios in the UK, acquired the parade, in Farmhouse Way, in 2021. It comprises 10 retail units - all of which are fully let - and include the Co-operative, Richard Wallace Hairdressers, and J&D Mason Opticians. There are also two office suites and 56 parking spaces.

Jask Creative has 26 staff, with specialists in creative design, branding, web development, photography, and videography.
