KLASS LAUNCHES LATEST STORE AT THE GALLERIES, WASHINGTON

Klass, a family-owned, independent retailer has opened a new 1,400 sq. ft retail unit at The Galleries, Washington, where it will showcase its womenswear collections.

David Cohen, retailer director at Klass, said: “We are delighted to launch our newest store at the Galleries and see it being so well received by shoppers already. We visited the Centre a couple of times when looking for new locations and we were always impressed with how busy it was and with a great mix of high street names and independent retailers. We felt it was an ideal place to launch a store as we look to expand our presence this year.”

Simon Eatough, director of landlord and tenant at LCP, said: “By attracting Klass to the Galleries, we have further strengthened the fashion offer at the centre. It also follows hot on the heels of You Know Who relocating within the centre and opening a bigger shop earlier this year. Klass looks great and is already proving popular with shoppers.”

The shop is next to Holland & Barrett and opposite Trespass, another of the centre’s latest lettings.
