BLUE CROSS OPENS IN CHURCHILL CENTRE, DUDLEY

The Churchill Shopping Centre Dudley, has welcomed a new tenant: the Blue Cross shop.

The pet charity has opened a shop in unit 4, a 1973 sq. ft store, after signing a five-year lease and has immediately become a huge hit with local shoppers.

Rob Ellis, asset manager, said: “From the moment it opened its doors, we’ve been met with positive feedback from members of the public who are keen to support the charity. We expect this store to be a success and a long-term tenant.”

The Churchill Shopping Centre is a 130,000 sq. ft enclosed centre in the heart of the Black Country town, adjacent to the central bus station.

It is anchored by Home Bargains and Iceland and tenants include Bank of Scotland, Greggs, BodyCare and Holland & Barrett.
