POUNDLAND AND INSPIRATION TRUST JOIN THE LINE UP IN NORWICH CITY CENTRE

National commercial property and investment company, Evolve Estates, part of M Core, has welcomed Poundland and Inspiration Trust, to Norwich City centre site.

These new additions to the 160,00sq ft site, are a true testament of the fast paced and action led asset management that is key to Evolve’s strategy when acquiring new assets. It also reaffirms the ongoing partnership with Poundland, as they upsize from their current location into a 23,000 sq ft on St Stephens Street.
