NEW RETAIL PORTFOLIO MANAGER APPOINTED

One of LCP’s senior retail asset managers has been promoted as we continue to strengthen our presence in the sector.

Jo Salmon is now retail portfolio manager and will be responsible for all  our retail and leisure stock, which comprises more than 175 retail sites, including eight shopping centres, across the UK.

The chartered surveyor, who joined the company in 1997 following a period as valuation surveyor at Richard Ellis and before that in retail, where she gained considerable experience, will lead a team of retail asset managers.

“Retail remains a vitally important focus for LCP and we are working hard to look for innovative ways we can grow and strengthen the portfolio,” she said.

“This is a great opportunity to build on the knowledge I have gained over the past 17 years and to lead the retail team into delivering some new prospects for the company while continuing to provide the highest quality of service to existing tenants.”
